Diane Ortego is a certified licensed massage therapist. She graduated from Bluecliff College in massage therapy, where she exceeded practical requirement, and graduated with honors. Diane’s love for helping others goes far beyond just massage, but alignment of the mind, body, and soul, helping clients delve into their deepest essence and harness their power within.

Diane has multiple certifications in yoga; 200 RYT teacher, injury and recovery, Y12SR, Yoga for athletes, and yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Diane is pursuing a license in lymphatic massage and in Thai fusion massage to further benefit her clients.

Diane feels that the benefits of massage therapy go far beyond the surface of therapeutic touch. Rather, it is a starting point to get things moving in the right direction in the body and in life. The benefits of massage are improved circulation, decreased muscle stiffness, better quality of sleep. improved flexibility, and a strengthened immune response. Diane uses her yoga background to integrate massage and yoga, in order to help clients gain power in their own recovery.

Diane’s knowledge is not limited to massage and yoga, as she has also obtained an Associate of Arts, Bachelor’s in Geology, and a Master’s in Education. Diane has been teaching restorative yoga at a Lafayette recovery center for over a year, helping clients to find relaxation, movement, and healing. She has also taught yoga to a local high school football team, parents, and teachers.
