Customer Service

OIM combines traditional medicine, occupational health, and integrative wellness under one roof. We believe healthcare should feel personal, not rushed. Whether you are visiting for primary care, urgent care, weight loss, hormone optimization, wellness therapies, or employer services, our team focuses on individualized care rather than one-size-fits-all treatment.

Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome for many services including urgent care.

Insurance coverage varies depending on the service. Primary care and urgent care services may be billed through insurance when applicable, while some specialty wellness services such as hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and ozone therapy may be self-pay.
